In its inaugural 2006-2007 season, the Jacksonville JAM established itself as one of the premier basketball organizations in the country, providing great basketball and creating an entertainment destination for its fans in Jacksonville and beyond. The Jacksonville JAM is now looking for those athletes with the talent drive and desire to come and be part of the JAM experience and help us attain our goal of bringing home a championship for the city of Jacksonville in our upcoming 2007-2008 professional basketball season. The JAM has searched for talent throughout the summer as we have held open tryouts in Jacksonville, Marietta and Tallahassee.

"We've seen some great athletes through the camps we've run thus far" stated head Coach Scott Cooper. "There is a tremendous amount of talent and desire by the attendees. We believe we are forming the nucleus of what will be a talented invitation list to training camp come October."

The Jacksonville JAM will now hold their Final Open Tryouts on Saturday October 6 at our home court at the UNF Arena in Jacksonville. The UNF Arena is located at 4567 St. Johns Bluff Road South - Jacksonville, FL 32224-2672. Sign in starts promptly at 8:30 AM with the camp running from 9AM to 5PM that day.
